Return Policy: Shelby's wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase or there is a problem, please send it back to us within 14 days from the shipping date for a replacement or refund. A pre-addressed shipping label and packaging slip are included in every package we ship. Please follow the instructions printed on the packing slip and fill out the returns section. Affix the pre-addressed shipping label to your box and return it to us via UPS or USPS.
If you are returning a gift, you will receive a store merchandise credit to use on our website or you are welcome to come use it at our store.
